Performance & Advantages
High degree of standardization
Steel plates use CNC laser cutting, mechanical shot blasting, and complete electrostatic powder spraying and high-temperature curing through an automated spraying line. Industrialized production ensures a high degree of standardization.
High anti-corrosion performance
Steel plates undergo shot blasting and other pretreatments in harsh production environments; the powder coating is applied via electrostatic spraying, high-temperature melting, leveling, and long curing time to form a high-quality coating with strong adhesion and excellent anti-corrosion performance on the steel surface.
Fast installation speed
On-site tank installation requires only simple bolted connections and sealing operations; after installing each layer of steel plates, a set of hoists lifts the entire tank to install the next layer, making the entire installation process both safe and efficient.
Low overall cost
Tank steel plates are mass-produced on industrial assembly lines, offering high quality at low cost; on-site installation requires fewer workers, shorter cycles, and lower labor costs; product performance is stable with low maintenance costs.
